All sales are considered final unless the item received is damaged, incorrect, or defective.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Change of mind after dispatch
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

SHIPPING ISSUES
AES Peptide is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external logistics factors.
However, we will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.
